 | We have two rooms that the public may use to hold meetings. We have a Board Room (top picture) which seats 8-12 around a table, and we have a larger Meeting Room (bottom picture). The rooms may be used for gatherings of a civic, cultural, or educational nature, but not for church or religious meetings, for any commercial, political, or partisan meetings, or for any private social affairs. (See Meeting Room Policies for details.) If you are interested in using one of our rooms, email your request to our Director, providing the name of your group, as well as the purpose, date, and time of the meeting. Due to budget cuts, we now must charge for the use of the meeting room: $15 for half day and $25 for whole day. |
